	Hey there, I got to interview you a couple times on a Fredericton (New Brunswick) radio station in the late 80s-early 90s when you rolled through here on your various tours. Always a pro on and off the stage. Looks like you're doin ok hehe. Just got my tickets to the Milford NH show July 9 with Styx and YES. 	we heard that Gowan will be in a small town in Tottenham Ontario, Friday, May 13. my 7 yr old son is a HUGE fan. all he talks about is meeting Gowan. he knows ALL his music, imitates all his cool moves, dresses up like him, has a poster in his room, has shared his love of Gowan,s music with all he meets. we will be present on friday at the school. we will be coming from Barrie Ont. we hope Gowan can make a little boy's dream come true and maybe say a special Hello. 	Hi Lawrence, I've seen you so many times I can't count. It seems as you have always been with Styx, not the other guy. You are so talented and very coordinated as well! I don't know how you play keyboard backwards, forwards, under, and over without missing a note. My daughter,Abbey hasn't seen you since Cyclorama tour and then she was 5. You're finally coming back to WI June 18, she's 13 now and you are her favorite member. Criminal Mind is her favorite song of yours. I was lucky enough to be able to afford front rows VIP section. I have a feeling we'll be on your end of the stage. I'm also excited for the meet n greet so she can talk to you, me too. I have some old photos of she and yourself I'd like to show you if time allows. I must say that you are soooo easy to talk with you, like an old friend and you're so gracious with being patient and giving each of us enough time to actually make conversation with you. 	Hi Lawrence Last spoke to you a few years back prior/afterwards to your first Glasgow Concert with Styx - if you can try and mix the set for the forthcoming concert. I realise you're pretty restricted on what can and can't be included but to be honest the lack of new material and the continual inclusion of the same old tracks is starting to wear thin. Criminal Mind for sure but Blue Collar Man - NO. Would love to hear the Carrot album in its entirety for a change. Either way I look forward to your on stage performance, which is always high octane :) Life's short dude and I'm sure touring is ok but there must be material the size of Canada trying to break out of that creative mind of yours. 	I was an influential 12 years old when Strange Animal came out and I fell in love with your music and entertaining. I have had many opportunities to see you in concert, from times you were starting out, i.e. the Centre in the Square in Kitchener, to some of your major venues while your songs were at the top of the charts, to a more "mellow" time when you played as dinner entertainment in London (during which you played through having the stomach flu). This was my favorite because it was up close and personal. I recently also saw you at he Niagara Falls Casino both last year and last month. What made me disappointed was that I could not get close seats, and upon getting to the concert, observed that most of these seats were filled with those that are not necessarily fans, but instead have spent a lot of money at the casino. That is frustrating when a long time listener such as myself, that still has her Strange Animal CD in her 6-CD changer in her mini-van and a 4-year-old that sings along to Strange Animal cannot get decent tickets to your shows in lieu of those with money. Is there any way to could help me out with this for the next show in May?? I look forward to seeing your show either way and thank you for sharing your wonderful talents! Kim

Subject:	Great Montreal show...albeit....
	May I call you Larry?..Larry, great Montreal show. Excellent set list design and the dyanmics and your interaction with the audience was great. If I may however offer the following: The soundman had miked your brother's 15" bottom rather than both the 10"s and the 15". The audience missed out on the critical upper bass sound intro on Cosmetics and others. The guitarist seemed toact and play like he was uncomfortable and while I'm sure he could wail, his "modern" tapping style of leads seemed sometimes out of place with your music. Prrhaps this is why your soundman kept him low in the mix. All being said, dynamite show. Idea....Why not ask Tommy to return the favor and play on your gigs? See you again for sure!!!

	I'm hoping this this message will somehow reach Larry Gowan or at least someone else who could help me send an important request to him. Our friend Sheryl was diagnosed with breast cancer just last week. Not only is she one of the most beautiful people you will ever meet she is also one of your biggest fans. I have worked with her for several years and she is always listening to your music on her Ipod. She has attended every possible concert of yours and when she talks about you and your music, her face just lights up. You are having another show at the Niagara Falls Casino on March 11th & 12th and not surprisingly,she has purchased tickets for both shows. She loves you that much. The sad news is that Sheryl's cancer is an aggressive form and she needs to start chemotherapy in the next few days. She's scheduled for a treatment the day before your concert. I know she'll find a way to make it to your shows anyway. My request is if you could PLEASE make a "shout out" to her. I cry thinking about how much that lift her spirits and stay with her during her treatments. I can't stress how much I am begging you for this. She means the world to me and I know that if you mentioned her, it would blow her mind. Whoever reads this e-mail could you please help me get this message to Gowan? If you could forward it to anyone else that could help, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks Marissa
